Delivery Information
Order Processing Time
We believe that every fine saree deserves meticulous care and attention. Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, our team immediately begins the preparation and quality check of your handloom product for dispatch.
Standard Processing Time: All orders are processed, carefully packaged, and prepared for handover to our logistics partner within 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be considered as placed on the next business day.
Shipping & Estimated Delivery Time
The total time until you receive your saree consists of the Order Processing Time plus the Delivery Transit Time.
The actual delivery time depends entirely on our chosen delivery partner, the specific shipping method selected at checkout, and the final destination.
Domestic Shipping (Within India): Once shipped, orders typically take 3 to 7 additional business days to be delivered.
Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than the estimated time frame.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped (after the processing period), you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email. This email will provide you with:
The name of the courier partner.
Your unique Tracking Number.
A direct link to track your package's live status.
Important Notes on Delays
While we always strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays outside of our direct control, such as those caused by:
Unforeseen operational interruptions from our delivery partners.
Extreme weather conditions, political disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
In the event of any significant delay, we will proactively communicate with you and work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
