1. What is the difference between a Handloom Saree and a Powerloom Saree?

Answer: Handloom sarees are woven by hand on traditional looms by skilled artisans. This meticulous process results in unique textures, minor variations, and often superior craftsmanship, representing a rich cultural tradition. Powerloom sarees are manufactured quickly by automated machines. Quetzal Saree focuses on promoting and preserving the art of handloom weaving and authentic traditional textiles.

2. Are the colours and fabrics exactly as they appear on the website?

Answer: We make every effort to display the colours and textures of our sarees as accurately as possible. However, the exact colour may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings, screen resolution, and lighting conditions during photography. Minor variations in the fabric (like small knots or unevenness) are common in genuine handloom products and are considered a mark of their authenticity, not a defect.

3. Do all sarees come with a blouse piece?

Answer: Most of our sarees come with a matching or contrasting unstitched blouse piece. The presence and length of the blouse piece are clearly mentioned in the Product Details section of each individual saree listing.

4. What is your order processing time?

Answer: After your order is confirmed, we take time for a final quality check, careful folding, and packaging. Our standard processing time before dispatch is up to 7 business days.

5. How long does delivery take after the order is shipped?

Answer: Once your order is shipped, the delivery time is subject to the courier partner and your location.

  • Domestic Orders (Within India): Delivery typically takes an additional 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once the order is dispatched.

Returns & Product Care

7. What is your return and exchange policy?
